SM2A31RDLBQD Description
Banner Engineering SM2A31RDLBQD is a photo-electric sensor designed for through-beam system applications with opposed mode potentiometer adjustment. This sensor, part of the SM2A312 series, features a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens and is equipped with a 3-pin 1/2" micro connector for connectivity. It operates on a supply voltage ranging from 24Vac to 240Vac, with nominal voltages at 200Vac and 220Vac, and can be mounted using an M18 threaded mount. The sensor is designed to function within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, NEMA 1, 2, 3, 3S, 4, 4X, 6, 12, and 13, ensuring its suitability for various environmental conditions. It has a rectangular shape and provides one digital output (Solid-state AC output; SPST contact type) with a sensing distance of up to 3 meters. The sensor utilizes infrared light with a wavelength of 880 nm and has a response time of 2ms (0.002 seconds).
