SM2A312WQDP Description
Banner Engineering SM2A312WQDP is a photo-electric sensor from the SM2A312 series, featuring a divergent system with potentiometer adjustment. This sensor is housed in thermoplastic with an acrylic lens and is designed for a rectangular shape. It comes pre-wired with a 6" / 150mm pigtail terminated with a 3-pin 1/2" micro connector. The SM2A312WQDP operates on a supply voltage of 24Vac-240Vac (200Vac / 220Vac nom.) and can function within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, NEMA 1, 2, 3, 3S, 4, 4X, 6, 12, and 13. This sensor features a single digital output (Solid-state AC output; SPST contact type), has a sensing distance of 130mm, and uses infrared (IR) light with a wavelength of 880 nm. The response time of the sensor is 4ms / 0.004 s.
