SM2A30PRLMC1 Description
Banner Engineering SM2A30PRLMC1 is a photo-electric sensor from the SM30 series designed with a through-beam system or opposed mode "A" modulation frequency, specifically for washdown applications. This sensor functions as a receiver alone, housed in a thermoplastic material for durability. It comes pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m 600Vac cable that terminates with bare end flying leads, facilitating easy installation. The sensor operates on a supply voltage ranging from 24Vac to 240Vac, with nominal values at 200Vac / 220Vac, and can function within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. It boasts a degree of protection rated at IP67, NEMA 6P, and IP69K, making it suitable for harsh environmental conditions. The sensor's shape is an M30 cylindrical threaded/barrel, equipped with 1 x digital output (Solid-state AC output) for signaling. It has a sensing distance of up to 150m and utilizes infrared (IR) light with a wavelength of 880 nm for detection. The response time is quick at 10ms / 0.01 s, and it operates in Light-ON mode, with a thread size of M30 for mounting.
