Banner Engineering SLSE30-900Q8 is a safety light curtain from the 14/30 series designed for hand detection with a resolution of 30mm. This unit, functioning as an emitter alone, is constructed with an aluminium housing, acrylic lens, and die-cast zinc end caps. It features a pre-equipped 8-pin Euro-style M12 connector for connectivity. The protective height of this model is 900mm, and it comes in a yellow housing. It operates on a 24Vdc supply voltage and can function within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +55°C. The SLSE30-900Q8 offers an IP65 degree of protection, ensuring durability against dust and water ingress. Its dimensions include a net width of 36mm, a net height of 971mm, and a net depth of 46mm. The light curtain provides a sensing distance between 10cm and 18m, with a 30mm beam spacing/pitch. It emits infrared (IR) light with a wavelength of 850 nm and has a response time of 19ms.
