SLPP25-1110 Description
Banner Engineering SLPP25-1110 is a safety light curtain from the LP Low-Profile series designed for hand detection with a resolution of 25mm. This unit comprises an emitter and receiver pair housed in aluminum with acrylic lenses and zinc end caps, ensuring durability. It features an integral removable disconnect (RD) connection type and operates on a 24Vdc supply voltage. The SLPP25-1110 is designed to work within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +55°C and offers a protective height of 1110mm. Its compact dimensions include a net width of 28mm, a net height of 1108mm, and a net depth of 26mm. The safety light curtain is characterized by a yellow housing and provides an IP65 degree of protection against dust and water ingress. It has a sensing distance ranging from 10cm to 7m and utilizes infrared light with a wavelength of 850 nm. The device includes two digital outputs (24Vdc; 500mA; sourcing; redundant OSSD solid-state outputs), one digital output (24Vdc; 250mA; PNP transistor) for fault indication, one digital input (10Vdc-30Vdc; 30mA) for external device monitoring (EDM), and one digital input (10Vdc-30Vdc) for reset functions.
