SLPE25-1250P8 Description
Banner Engineering SLPE25-1250P8 is a safety light curtain from the LP Low-Profile series designed for hand detection with a resolution of 25mm. This unit, functioning as an emitter alone, is housed in aluminum with an acrylic lens and zinc end caps, ensuring durability. It features a pre-wired 300mm pigtail terminated with an 8-pin Euro-style M12 connector for easy installation. The protective height of the device is 1250mm, and it operates on a 24Vdc supply voltage. Suitable for use in environments with ambient air temperatures ranging from 0 to +55°C, it offers a degree of protection rated at IP65. The SLPE25-1250P8 has a compact design with dimensions of 28mm in width, 1248mm in height, and 26mm in depth. It is equipped with two digital outputs (24Vdc; 500mA; sourcing; redundant OSSD solid-state outputs) and one digital output (24Vdc; 250mA; PNP transistor) for fault indication. The sensing distance spans from 10cm to 7m, utilizing infrared light with a wavelength of 850 nm and a response time of 18.5ms. The light curtain's beam spacing is set at 25mm, and it is encased in a yellow housing.
