Banner Engineering SL30VB6VY is a photo-electric slot / optical fork sensor from the SL30 series, featuring a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens. It is designed with potentiometer adjustment and comes pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable terminated with bare end flying leads. This sensor operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc / 24Vdc, and can function within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6, making it suitable for various environmental conditions. The sensor has a slot (U-shaped) shape with a passageway width of 30mm and an overall width of 52mm, a height of 72mm, and a depth of 19mm. It features 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor), a sensing distance of 30mm, and emits visible red light with a wavelength of 680 nm.
