SGSXP4-300Q88 Description
Banner Engineering SGSXP4-300Q88 is a safety light curtain designed for long-range applications within the SGS series. This unit comprises an emitter and receiver pair housed in aluminum with Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) lenses and thermoplastic end caps. It features a pre-equipped 8-pin Euro-style M12 connector for connectivity. The device offers a protective height of 900mm and comes in a yellow housing. It operates on a 24Vdc supply voltage and can function within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +55°C. With an IP65 degree of protection, it is designed to withstand harsh environments. The dimensions include a net width of 52 mm, a net height of 1007 mm, and a net depth of 57 mm. It is configured with 4 beams at a 300mm beam spacing/pitch, alongside 2 x digital outputs (24Vdc; 500mA; sourcing; redundant OSSD solid-state outputs) for signaling. The sensing distance ranges from 6 to 60 meters, utilizing infrared (IR) light with a wavelength of 950 nm and a response time of 14ms / 0.014 s. The resolution is set at 300mm, making it suitable for perimeter access guarding applications.
