Banner Engineering S30S2P6LPQ is a polarized photo-electric sensor from the S30 series designed in a retro-reflective mode. This sensor features a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens and is pre-equipped with a 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector for connectivity. It operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The sensor can function within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C and is rated with a degree of protection of IP67 NEMA 6P, making it suitable for various environmental conditions. Its shape is an M30 cylindrical threaded/barrel, and it includes 1 x digital output (PNP transistor; complementary NO/NC) for signaling. The sensing distance of the sensor is 6m, and it utilizes visible red light with a wavelength of 680 nm for detection. The response time is quick at 3ms / 0.003 s, and it operates in a Light-ON mode.
