S22AMTFGRHQ Description

Banner Engineering S22AMTFGRHQ is an illuminated capacitive touch-sensitive button designed for hygienic applications, utilizing FDA-grade materials for both its copolyester diffused window and housing. This part features a 22mm button diameter and is equipped with a 5-pin M12 Euro-style quick disconnect (QD) connector. The housing is gray, and the button offers 2-color LED illumination, green when not activated and red when activated, for clear status indication. It operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc to 24Vdc, and can be flush mounted in a 22mm hole using an M22 thread. The S22AMTFGRHQ is designed to function in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +50°C and offers a high degree of protection with IP66, IP67, and IP69K ratings. Its shape is characterized by a flat window and a threaded cylindrical barrel. For connectivity, it provides one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP/NPN) for touch functionality and two digital inputs (10-30Vdc; PNP/NPN) for color control, with a current consumption of 80mA. The operating mode is momentary normally open (NO) for the touch output.
