S22ALTFGRHQP Description
Banner Engineering S22ALTFGRHQP is an illuminated capacitive touch-sensitive button designed with hygienic considerations, utilizing FDA-grade materials for both its copolyester diffused window and housing. This part features 2-color LED illumination, green when not activated and red upon activation, encased in a gray housing. It has a 22mm button diameter and is designed for flush mounting in a 22mm hole with an M22 thread. The connection is facilitated by a pre-wired 6-inch (15cm) pigtail terminated with a 5-pin M12 Euro-style quick disconnect connector. It operates within a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with a nominal range of 12Vdc to 24Vdc, and has a current consumption of 80mA. The S22ALTFGRHQP offers one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP/NPN) for touch functionality and two digital inputs (10-30Vdc; PNP/NPN) for color control. Its operating mode is latched NO (Normally Open) for the touch output. This part is designed to withstand ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +50°C and offers a high degree of protection with IP66, IP67, and IP69K ratings, suitable for demanding environments. The shape is characterized by a flat window and a threaded cylindrical barrel.
