Banner Engineering R58ACG2DQ8 is a registration mark sensor from the R58A series, designed for precise detection with a convergent mode perpendicular sensing image and a 20ms OFF-delay potentiometer adjustment. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +50°C and is housed in a die-cast Zinc alloy with an Acrylic lens, ensuring durability. This sensor is pre-equipped with a 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector for easy installation and features an IP67 degree of protection, making it suitable for challenging environments. It supports a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc (with 12Vdc / 24Vdc nominal), and its rectangular shape is designed for straightforward integration into various applications. The sensing distance is set at 10mm, utilizing visible green light with a wavelength of 525 nm for registration mark detection. It offers both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes to accommodate different operational requirements. The R58ACG2DQ8 provides a rapid response time of 0.05ms / 0.00005 s and includes 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) for reliable signal processing.
