R58ACG1DQ8 Description
Banner Engineering R58ACG1DQ8 is a registration mark sensor from the R58A series, designed for convergent mode parallel sensing with a 20ms OFF-delay potentiometer adjustment. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +50°C and is housed in a die-cast Zinc alloy with an Acrylic lens, ensuring durability. This rectangular-shaped sensor is pre-equipped with a 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector for easy installation and features an IP67 degree of protection, making it suitable for various industrial environments. It operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The sensing distance is set at 10mm, and it utilizes visible green light with a wavelength of 525 nm for registration mark detection. It offers both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes and includes 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) with a rapid response time of 0.05ms or 0.00005 seconds.
