Banner Engineering R55CG1Q-50945 is a color registration mark sensor designed for precise detection tasks. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C and features a convergent mode parallel sensing image label on its housing for potentiometer adjustment. This sensor is pre-equipped with a 5-pin Euro-style M12 connector, making it part of the R55 series. It boasts a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6, ensuring durability in various environments. The supply voltage requirement ranges from 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal values at 12Vdc and 24Vdc. Its rectangular shape is constructed from a die-cast Zinc alloy housing with an Acrylic lens, ensuring robustness. The sensing distance is set at 10mm, utilizing visible green light with a wavelength of 525 nm for operation. It supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes and includes 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) for connectivity.
