QS30LDB Description
Banner Engineering QS30LDB is a Class 1 laser photo-electric sensor designed for a variety of detection applications. It features an M30 threaded mount for secure installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +50°C. This sensor is part of the QS30 Diffuse-mode Laser sensors series and is equipped with a diffuse mode TEACH mode "B" modulation frequency for enhanced performance. It comes pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads for easy connection. The QS30LDB boasts an IP67 NEMA 6 degree of protection, ensuring durability in harsh environments. It requires a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with 12Vdc / 24Vdc nominal, and is housed in a thermoplastic casing with an acrylic lens. This rectangular-shaped sensor has a sensing distance of 400mm and emits a visible red light with a wavelength of 650 nm. It supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes and includes 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) with a rapid response time of 0.6ms / 0.0006 s.
