Banner Engineering Q4XFKLAF110-Q8 is a Class 1 laser adjustable-field photo-electric sensor designed for precise detection tasks. It features a flush face housing suitable for environments with an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +50 °C. This sensor is equipped with a background/foreground suppression system, dual discrete output, and IO Link TEACH mode for enhanced functionality. It connects via a pre-equipped 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector, falling under the Q4X series. With a degree of protection rated at IP67, IP68, and IP69K, it is built to withstand harsh conditions, including chemical exposure. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. Its rectangular shape is constructed from stainless steel housing and an acrylic LED window, ensuring durability. Communication is facilitated through the IO-Link protocol.
