Q45VR3RQ Description
Banner Engineering Q45VR3RQ is a photo-electric sensor designed for through-beam system applications with an opposed mode potentiometer adjustment. It features an M30 threaded mount for secure installation and is pre-equipped with a 5-pin 7/8" mini connector for easy connection. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55°C and offers a sensing distance of up to 60 meters. It is built with a thermoplastic housing and an acrylic lens, ensuring durability. The Q45VR3RQ operates on a supply voltage range of 24Vac-250Vac (with 200Vac, 220Vac, and 240Vac nominal) and 12Vdc-250Vdc (with 24Vdc, 48Vdc, and 120Vdc nominal), accommodating various power systems. It provides a single digital output (SPDT relay contact) and has a response time of 15ms. The sensor emits infrared light at a wavelength of 880 nm and supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes. It is designed to meet IP67 and NEMA 6P protection standards, ensuring resistance to dust and water ingress.
