Banner Engineering Q45VR3LPQ-86418 is a polarized photo-electric sensor designed for versatile applications, featuring a retro-reflective mode with potentiometer adjustment and a 45LM58 switch. It offers an M30 threaded mount for secure installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55°C. This sensor is equipped with a pre-equipped 5-pin 7/8" mini connector for easy connection and supports a wide supply voltage range, including 24Vac-250Vac (with 200Vac, 220Vac, and 240Vac nominal) and 12Vdc-250Vdc (with 24Vdc, 48Vdc, and 120Vdc nominal), accommodating various power systems. The Q45VR3 series sensor boasts an IP67 NEMA 6P degree of protection, ensuring durability in harsh environments. Its thermoplastic housing and acrylic lens are designed for longevity, while the rectangular shape facilitates straightforward integration into numerous setups. With a sensing distance of 0.15cm to 6m and a visible red light of 680 nm wavelength, it provides precise detection capabilities. The sensor operates in both Light-ON and Dark-ON modes for increased application flexibility and features a digital output (SPDT relay contact) with a response time of 15ms / 0.015 s, ensuring timely signal processing.
