Q45VR3FP Description
Banner Engineering Q45VR3FP is a photo-electric fiber optic sensor designed for versatility and durability in industrial environments. This sensor features an M30 threaded mount for secure installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55°C. It is equipped with a potentiometer adjustment for precise control and comes pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads for easy integration. The Q45VR3FP supports a wide supply voltage range, accepting 24Vac-250Vac (with 200Vac, 220Vac, and 240Vac nominal) and 12Vdc-250Vdc (with 24Vdc, 48Vdc, and 120Vdc nominal), making it adaptable to various power supplies. It belongs to the Q45VR3 series and is protected by an IP67 NEMA 6P rated thermoplastic housing, ensuring its operation in demanding conditions. The sensor emits a visible red light with a wavelength of 660 nm for reliable detection and offers a digital output (SPDT relay contact) with a response time of 15ms / 0.015 s.
