Banner Engineering Q45VR3FP-19424 is a photo-electric fiber optic sensor designed for versatile applications, featuring an M30 threaded mount for secure installation. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55°C and includes a potentiometer adjustment PBT46U for precise settings. This sensor is equipped with a pre-wired 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads, facilitating easy connection. It supports a wide supply voltage range, accepting 24Vac-250Vac (with 200Vac, 220Vac, and 240Vac nominal) and 12Vdc-250Vdc (with 24Vdc, 48Vdc, and 120Vdc nominal), making it adaptable to various power supplies. The Q45VR3FP-19424, part of the Q45VR3 series, is housed in a durable thermoplastic casing and offers an IP67 NEMA 6P degree of protection against ingress. Its design is rectangular, and the sensor utilizes a visible red light with a wavelength of 660 nm for detection. It provides one digital output (SPDT relay contact) and boasts a quick response time of 15ms / 0.015 s.
