Banner Engineering Q45VR3DQ is a photo-electric sensor designed for versatile applications, featuring a diffuse mode with potentiometer adjustment. It comes in a rectangular shape with an M30 threaded mount for easy installation. The sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55°C and is housed in a thermoplastic material with an acrylic lens for durability. It offers a sensing distance of 450mm and utilizes infrared light with a wavelength of 880 nm. For connectivity, it is pre-equipped with a 5-pin 7/8" mini connector. The Q45VR3DQ supports both AC and DC supply voltages, ranging from 24Vac to 250Vac (with 200Vac, 220Vac, and 240Vac nominal) and 12Vdc to 250Vdc (with 24Vdc, 48Vdc, and 120Vdc nominal), respectively. It features an IP67 NEMA 6P degree of protection, ensuring its operation in challenging environments. The sensor has a digital output (SPDT relay contact) and offers a quick response time of 15ms / 0.015 s, with operating modes that include Light-ON and Dark-ON.
