Q45VR3DL W/30 Description
Banner Engineering Q45VR3DL W/30 is a photo-electric sensor designed for versatile applications, featuring a diffuse mode with potentiometer adjustment. This sensor is equipped with an M30 threaded mount for secure installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55°C. It comes pre-wired with a 30ft / 9m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads, facilitating easy integration into various systems. The Q45VR3DL W/30 supports a wide supply voltage range, accepting 24Vac-250Vac (with 200Vac, 220Vac, and 240Vac nominal) and 12Vdc-250Vdc (with 24Vdc, 48Vdc, and 120Vdc nominal), making it adaptable to different power supplies. It belongs to the Q45VR3 series and offers a high degree of protection with an IP67 NEMA 6P rating, ensuring durability in challenging environments. The sensor's housing is made from thermoplastic with an acrylic lens, and it has a rectangular shape. It can detect objects up to 1.8m away using infrared (IR) light with a wavelength of 880 nm. The operating modes include Light-ON and Dark-ON, and it features a single digital output (SPDT relay contact) with a response time of 15ms / 0.015 s.
