Banner Engineering Q45VR2FPQ is a photo-electric fiber optic sensor designed for versatility and durability in industrial environments. This sensor features an M30 threaded mount for secure installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. It is equipped with a potentiometer for precise adjustment and comes with a pre-equipped 5-pin 7/8" mini connector for easy connection. The Q45VR2FPQ operates on a supply voltage of 90Vac-250Vac, accommodating 200Vac, 220Vac, and 240Vac nominal values. Part of the Q45VR2 series, it boasts an IP67 NEMA 6P degree of protection, ensuring its resilience against dust and water ingress. The sensor's rectangular shape is constructed from a thermoplastic housing with plastic fiber, designed for long-term use. It emits a visible red light with a wavelength of 660 nm and offers both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes. The Q45VR2FPQ provides a single digital output (SPDT relay contact) with a response time of 15ms (0.015 seconds), facilitating rapid detection and signaling in automation applications.
