Banner Engineering Q45UR3LIU64C-87213 is a control unit designed for remote transducer control applications. It features an M30 threaded mount for secure installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +70°C. This unit is built around a time-of-flight system remote transducer with TEACH mode for adaptable configuration. It comes pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads for easy integration into existing systems. As part of the Q45UR series, it offers an IP67 NEMA 6P degree of protection, ensuring durability in harsh environments. The supply voltage requirement is 15Vdc-24Vdc, and it has a rectangular shape. Operating at a 400kHz frequency, the unit is housed in thermoplastic polyester, providing robust protection against physical impacts. It is capable of sensing distances ranging from 50 to 250mm and includes protection functions against overload and short-circuit conditions. Additionally, it features 1 x analog output (0-10Vdc / 4-20mA) for versatile connectivity options.
