Q45BW22LV Description
Banner Engineering Q45BW22LV is a photo-electric sensor designed for versatile applications, featuring a retro-reflective mode with potentiometer adjustment. It comes with an M30 threaded mount for secure installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. This sensor is equipped with a pre-wired 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads, facilitating easy connection. It is designed to operate on a supply voltage of 90Vac-250Vac, with nominal values at 200Vac, 220Vac, and 240Vac. The Q45BW22LV, part of the Q45BW22 series, offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6P, ensuring durability in harsh environments. Its rectangular shape is constructed from a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens. The sensing distance ranges from 8cm to 9m, utilizing visible red light with a wavelength of 680 nm. It supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes. Additionally, it features 1 x digital output (Solid-state AC output; SPST contact type) with a response time of 2ms / 0.002 s.
