Banner Engineering Q45BB6R is a photo-electric sensor designed for through-beam system applications with an opposed mode potentiometer adjustment. It features an M30 threaded mount for secure installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. This sensor is part of the Q45BB6 series and comes pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads for easy connection. It boasts a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6P, ensuring durability in various environmental conditions. The Q45BB6R operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. Its rectangular shape is constructed from a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens, capable of sensing distances up to 60m. The sensor emits an infrared light with a wavelength of 880 nm and offers an operating mode that allows for both Light-ON and Dark-ON configurations. It includes 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) and features a rapid response time of 2ms for ON and 1ms for OFF operations.
