Banner Engineering Q45BB6FQ is a photo-electric fiber optic sensor designed for versatility and durability. This sensor features an M30 threaded mount for secure installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. It is equipped with a potentiometer for precise adjustment and comes pre-equipped with a 4-pin 7/8" mini connector for easy connection. Part of the Q45BB6 series, it boasts an IP67 NEMA 6P degree of protection, ensuring it is well-protected against dust and water ingress. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. Its rectangular shape is constructed from a thermoplastic housing with glass fiber, designed for durability. The sensor emits an infrared light with a wavelength of 880 nm and includes 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) with a rapid response time of 2ms / 0.002 s.
