Banner Engineering Q45BB6CV4 is a photo-electric sensor designed for precision detection tasks. It features a convergent mode with potentiometer adjustment and is equipped with a pre-wired 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads for easy installation. This sensor is part of the Q45BB6 series and is housed in a thermoplastic casing with an acrylic lens, ensuring durability. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C and offers a sensing distance of 100mm. The Q45BB6CV4 utilizes visible red light with a wavelength of 680 nm and can operate in both Light-ON and Dark-ON modes. It provides a single digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) and has a quick response time of 2ms / 0.002 s. The sensor's supply voltage ranges from 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values. It is designed for M30 threaded mount installation and boasts an IP67 NEMA 6P degree of protection, ensuring its operation in challenging environments.
