Q45BB6CV Description

Banner Engineering Q45BB6CV is a photo-electric sensor designed for precision detection in industrial environments. This sensor features a convergent mode with potentiometer adjustment and is equipped with a pre-wired 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads for easy installation. It is mounted using an M30 threaded mount and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. The Q45BB6CV, part of the Q45BB6 series, offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6P, ensuring durability against dust and water ingress. It operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The sensor's rectangular shape is constructed from a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens, and it has a sensing distance of 38mm. It emits visible red light at a wavelength of 680 nm and can operate in both Light-ON and Dark-ON modes.
