Banner Engineering Q45AD9LVQ is an intrinsically-safe photo-electric sensor designed for a variety of applications requiring precise detection. This sensor operates in a retro-reflective mode with potentiometer adjustment and is equipped with a 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector for easy installation. It features an M30 threaded mount and is suitable for operation in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40 to +70 degrees Celsius. The Q45AD9LVQ, part of the Q45AD9 series, offers a high degree of protection with an IP67 NEMA 6P rating, ensuring durability in harsh environments. It operates on a supply voltage of 5Vdc to 15Vdc, with a nominal voltage of 12Vdc. The sensor's rectangular shape is constructed from a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens, capable of sensing distances up to 9 meters. It emits a visible red light with a wavelength of 680 nm and can operate in both Light-ON and Dark-ON modes.
