Banner Engineering Q453E W/50 is a photo-electric sensor designed for through-beam system applications, functioning as an emitter alone. It features an M30 threaded mount for secure installation and is equipped with a pre-wired 50ft / 15m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads for easy connection. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55°C and is housed in a thermoplastic casing with an acrylic lens, ensuring durability. It supports a wide range of supply voltages, including 24Vac-250Vac (with 200Vac, 220Vac, and 240Vac nominal) and 12Vdc-250Vdc (with 24Vdc, 48Vdc, and 120Vdc nominal), making it versatile for various power supplies. The Q453E W/50 offers a sensing distance of up to 60m and emits infrared light at a wavelength of 880 nm. It is part of the Q45VR3 series and boasts an IP67 NEMA 6P degree of protection, indicating a high level of resistance to dust and water ingress.
