Banner Engineering Q12VP6FF15Q5 is a fixed-field photo-electric sensor designed for precise sensing tasks. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +55 °C and features a background suppression system for enhanced performance. This sensor is equipped with a pre-wired 6-inch (150mm) pigtail that terminates with a 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector, ensuring easy and secure connections. Part of the Q12 series, it offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for challenging environments. The sensor operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. Its rectangular shape is constructed from a thermoplastic housing with a polycarbonate lens, ensuring durability. The sensing distance is set at 15mm, utilizing visible red light with a wavelength of 640 nm in a Light-ON operating mode.
