PVL225PQ W/6IN Description
Banner Engineering PVL225PQ W/6IN is a photo-electric array sensor designed for retro-reflective mode operation with a custom job light feature that indicates green for job and red for mispick. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature of up to +50°C and is housed in black anodized aluminum with a PVC connector, ensuring durability. It comes pre-wired with a 2m cable terminated with bare end flying leads for easy installation. The sensor has a rectangular shape, measures 225mm in array length, and offers a sensing distance of 1.5m with a 70mm beam spacing/pitch. It operates on a supply voltage of 12Vdc to 30Vdc, with 24Vdc as the nominal voltage. The PVL225PQ W/6IN features a degree of protection rated at IP50, making it suitable for environments where dust protection is necessary. It provides one digital output (PNP transistor) and operates in a normally open (NO) mode. The light sources emit at wavelengths of 525 nm (green) and 625 nm (red), respectively.
