PVD100QPMA15 Description
Banner Engineering PVD100QPMA15 is a photo-electric array sensor designed for a variety of applications requiring diffuse or retro-reflective sensing modes with custom settings. It operates within an ambient air temperature of up to +50°C and features a net height of 15 mm. This sensor is pre-wired with a 6-inch (150mm) PUR cable that terminates with a 5-pin M12 connector, ensuring easy integration into existing systems. The device measures 100mm in array length, 30mm in width, and 138mm in depth, housed in an aluminium casing with an acrylic clear window and a polyurethane cable sheath for durability. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP62 NEMA 2 and requires a supply voltage of 12Vdc to 30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. The PVD100QPMA15 can detect objects up to 2 meters away in retro-reflective mode and 400mm away in diffuse mode. It emits light in both green and red with wavelengths of 525 nm and 625 nm, respectively. The sensor supports both Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC) operating modes and includes 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) for versatile application use.
