PVA100P6Q Description
Banner Engineering PVA100P6Q is a photo-electric array sensor designed for precise detection tasks, featuring a receiver alone configuration. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature of up to +50°C and is housed in an aluminium case with an acrylic window for durability. It has a net height of 15 mm, a width of 30 mm, and a depth of 138 mm, with the array length measuring 100mm. The sensor is pre-wired with a 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads, facilitating easy installation. It offers a sensing distance of up to 2m (2000mm) with a 25mm beam spacing/pitch and emits a green light for detection. The PVA100P6Q operates on a supply voltage range of 12Vdc to 30Vdc, with 24Vdc as the nominal voltage, and has a current consumption of 62mA (0.062 A). It features a degree of protection rated at IP62 NEMA 2, ensuring protection against dust and water ingress. The sensor supports Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes, with both Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC) configurations, and includes 1 x digital output (PNP transistor) for signal processing.
