PTL110S-FF100L-QPS150 Description
Banner Engineering PTL110S-FF100L-QPS150 is a scalable versatile pick-to-light node designed for surface or pipe mounting. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +50°C and features a fixed field sensing design with PICK IQ serial communication, compatible with RS-485 / Modbus RTU. This part is equipped with LED illumination and connects via pre-wired 2 x 6" / 15cm PVC pigtails terminated with 4-pin M12 Euro-style QD connectors. It offers an IP54 degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc (12Vdc-24Vdc nom.). The rectangular-shaped body is made from ABS housing with a polycarbonate indicator and an acrylic lens, presented in black housing with a gray window. It has a 100mm sensing range and supports both momentary and latched operating modes, configurable via serial communication, with a current consumption of 155mA.
