Banner Engineering PIT46TMB5 is a fiber optic sensor designed for through-beam system applications, featuring an opposed mode pair of individual fibers positioned side by side with right-angled sensing. This sensor falls under the Plastic fiber (Vantage Line) series, characterized by a 1mm fiber core diameter and a 6ft (approximately 2m) length. The design incorporates a cylindrical (threaded) end tip, constructed from plastic fiber with a stainless steel fiber sheath for enhanced durability. It is engineered to operate effectively in ambient air temperatures up to +70°C.
