PIAT43UTA-VL Description
Banner Engineering PIAT43UTA-VL is a fiber optic sensor designed for through-beam system applications, functioning as an opposed mode pair of individual fibers positioned side by side with right-angled sensing. It features a 1mm fiber core diameter and falls under the Plastic fiber series. The sensor has a cylindrical (threaded) end tip, with the sensing end made of stainless steel and the fiber sheathed in a Steelskin fiber material for enhanced durability. It has a length of 6ft (approximately 2m) and is capable of operating in ambient air temperatures up to +70°C.
