Banner Engineering PBPF215U is a fiber optic sensor designed for diffuse-reflective system applications, featuring a probe with a ferrule tip and bifurcated fiber for in-line sensing. This sensor is part of the Plastic fiber series and operates effectively at an ambient air temperature up to +70°C. It has a cylindrical (smooth) probe tip made of stainless steel, with a diameter of 1.2mm at the end and a 0.5mm fiber core. The fiber is encased in a polyethylene (PE) fiber sheath, ensuring durability and protection. The total length of the sensor is 6ft / 2m, accommodating various installation requirements.
