Banner Engineering PBP26UM2 is a fiber optic sensor designed for diffuse-reflective system applications, featuring a probe tip with a bifurcated fiber in-line sensing mechanism. It operates effectively in ambient air temperatures up to +85°C. This sensor is part of the Plastic fiber series and comes with a 1mm fiber core diameter. The cylindrical (threaded) probe tip is constructed from stainless steel, while the fiber is made of plastic, and the fiber sheath is composed of polyethylene (PE), ensuring durability and compatibility with various environments. The total length of the sensor is 12ft / 3.6m, facilitating flexible installation options.
