MAHR51A Description
Banner Engineering MAHR51A, part of the MINI-ARRAY series, is a high-resolution measuring light screen array edge/profile sensor designed for precise detection tasks. This sensor features a 512mm array length and is housed in a durable aluminum casing with a rectangular shape. It operates with a beam spacing/pitch of 2.5mm and is pre-wired with a 6" / 150mm cable that terminates with bare end flying leads for easy integration. The MAHR51A requires a 12Vdc supply voltage and can function within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +50°C. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP65, NEMA 4, and NEMA 13, ensuring its suitability for various industrial environments. The sensing distance of this sensor ranges from 38cm to 1.8m, and it includes 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor; 30Vdc max.; 150mA max.) for connectivity. With a resolution of 2.5mm, it is capable of detecting objects as small as 2.5mm, making it ideal for high-precision applications.
