MAE1216Q Description
Banner Engineering MAE1216Q is a sensor from the MINI-ARRAY 2-piece models series designed for measuring light screen array applications, featuring an emitter alone. This part has a 295mm array length and is housed in aluminum, adopting a rectangular shape. It offers a 3/4" / 19mm beam spacing/pitch and comes pre-wired with a 6" / 150mm PVC pigtail that terminates with an M12 mini-style connector. The MAE1216Q operates on a supply voltage range of 16Vdc to 30Vdc, with a nominal voltage of 24Vdc. It is designed to function within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C and boasts a degree of protection rated at IP65 UL type 1. The sensing distance of this sensor spans from 90cm to 16.5m, with a resolution of 3/4" / 19mm, and it can detect objects sized between 25.4mm and 38.1mm.
