M18-4VNRL-2M Description
Banner Engineering M18-4VNRL-2M is a photo-electric sensor from the M18-3 (stainless steel) series designed for through-beam system applications in an M18 cylindrical threaded/barrel shape. This sensor, functioning as a receiver alone, is housed in stainless steel with an acrylic lens. It features a pre-wired connection with a 6.5ft / 2m cable terminated with bare end flying leads. The sensor operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with nominal values at 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and can function within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 and IP69K, ensuring durability in various environmental conditions. The M18-4VNRL-2M supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes, has a thread size of M18, and provides a sensing distance of up to 25m. It is equipped with 1 x digital output (NPN transistor; complementary NO/NC) and boasts a response time of 1.5ms / 0.0015 s.
