M12PD W/30 Description
Banner Engineering M12PD W/30 is a photo-electric sensor from the M12 series, designed with a diffuse mode potentiometer adjustment. It features a visible red light and is housed in nickel-plated brass with a Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) lens. This sensor is shaped in an M12 cylindrical threaded/barrel form and comes pre-wired with a 30ft / 9m cable terminated with bare end flying leads. It operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc nom.) and has a wavelength of 660 nm. The ambient air temperature for operation ranges from -20 to +60 °C. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, IP68, NEMA 5, and NEMA 6. The operating modes include Light-ON and Dark-ON, with a thread size of M12 and a sensing distance of 400mm. It also features 1 x digital output (PNP transistor; complementary NO/NC) with a response time of 0.5ms / 0.0005 s.
