LX3E Description
Banner Engineering LX3E is a sensor array designed for standard-range part-sensing with a light screen cross-hatched array, functioning as an emitter alone. It features a 67mm array length and is housed in aluminum with an acrylic lens and die-cast zinc end caps. This rectangular sensor is pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads. It operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The LX3E has dimensions of 114mm in height, 26mm in width, and 32mm in depth. It is designed to operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -20 to +70 degrees Celsius. With an IP65 degree of protection, it can sense objects within a distance of 30cm to 2m and is capable of detecting objects as small as 9.5mm.
