LT3PI Description
Banner Engineering LT3PI is a Class 2 laser photo-electric distance sensor/transmitter within the LT3 series, featuring a diffuse time-of-flight system with TEACH mode. It emits visible red light with a wavelength of 658 nm from a rectangular-shaped body made of ABS housing and an acrylic window. This sensor is designed for a sensing distance range of 30cm to 5m and includes both analog (1 x analog output 4-20mA) and digital outputs (1 x digital output PNP transistor). It is pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable terminated with bare end flying leads for connection. The LT3PI operates on a supply voltage of 12Vdc-24Vdc and can function within an ambient air temperature up to +50°C. It is protected against short-circuits and has a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6, ensuring its operation in various environmental conditions.
