K70APT2GRYF2Q Description

Banner Engineering K70APT2GRYF2Q, part of the EZ-LIGHT series, is a capacitive touch-sensitive pick-to-light device designed with Gen.2 LED illumination. It features a black housing with a dome window shape, constructed from polycarbonate (PC) for both the diffused window and base, and a polyurethane (PUR) cable sheath. This part is pre-wired with a 6" / 15cm PUR pigtail that terminates with a 5-pin M12 Euro-style QD connector. It operates on a supply voltage of 12Vdc-30Vdc (24Vdc nom.) and can be mounted on the surface or base flush within a 30mm hole. The device has a 70mm / 2-3/4" dome diameter and is designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +50°C. It is rated IP65 for protection against dust and water ingress. The operating mode includes a momentary job light (G; Green) that is ON when the job input is active, touch activation of the output and sensing light (Y; Yellow) until job input is removed, and a mispick light (R; Red) that activates for 5 seconds with an output NO (Normally Open) touch output when touched with an inactive job input. The current consumption is 220mA, and it features 1 x digital input (12-30Vdc; PNP) for JOB color control, along with 1 x digital output (12-30Vdc; PNP) each for Touch and Mispick functions.
