K50RPLPGXDQ Description
Banner Engineering K50RPLPGXDQ is a pick-to-light device from the EZ-LIGHT series, featuring optical sensing with polarized retro-reflective LED illumination. This part has a black housing with a dome window shape, constructed from polycarbonate for both the diffused window and the base. It is designed for surface or base mounting with an M30 or 1/2" NPSM thread and has a diameter of 50mm. The device connects via a pre-equipped 5-pin M12 Euro-style QD connector and operates on a supply voltage of 12Vdc to 30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. It is designed to function in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +50°C and offers a high degree of protection with ratings of IP67, IP69K, NEMA 4X, NEMA 13, UL type 4X, and UL type 13. The operating mode includes a momentary job light (Green) that activates when the job input is active, touch activation for output and sensing light (Yellow), and a mispick light (Red) with output NC (Normally Closed) touch output when touched with inactive job input. The device has a current consumption of 90mA, includes 1 x digital input (12-30Vdc; PNP) for JOB color control, a sensing distance of 2m, and digital outputs comprising 1 x digital output (12-30Vdc; PNP) for Touch and 1 x digital output (12-30Vdc; PNP) for Mispick.
