K50RNLPGREQ Description
Banner Engineering K50RNLPGREQ is a pick-to-light device from the EZ-LIGHT series designed for optical sensing with polarized retro-reflective LED illumination. It features a black housing with a dome window shape, constructed from polycarbonate for both the diffused window and base, and a polyurethane cable sheath. This unit is pre-wired with a 6" / 15cm PUR pigtail that terminates with a 5-pin M12 Euro-style QD connector. It operates on a supply voltage of 12Vdc-30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. The K50RNLPGREQ offers versatile mounting options including surface/base M30 / 1/2" NPSM thread, and has a 50mm / 2" dome diameter. It is designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +50°C and boasts a high degree of protection with ratings of IP67, IP69K, NEMA 4X, NEMA 13, UL type 4X, and UL type 13. The operating mode includes a momentary job light (Green) that activates when the job input is active, touch activation for output and sensing light (Yellow), and a mispick light (Red) with output NC (Normally Closed) touch output for inactive job inputs. It features 1 x digital input (12-30Vdc; NPN) for JOB color control and digital outputs including 1 x digital output (12-30Vdc; NPN) for Touch and 1 x digital output (12-30Vdc; NPN) for Mispick, with a sensing distance of up to 2m.
