Banner Engineering K50FAPFF100GRCQ, part of the EZ-LIGHT series, is a pick-to-light device featuring optical sensing with fixed field infrared (IR) sensing and flat-pack LED illumination. This unit comes in a black housing with a dome window on a flat-pack body, constructed from polycarbonate (PC) for both the diffused window and base. It is pre-equipped with a 4-pin M12 Euro-style QD connector for connectivity. Designed for 12Vdc-30Vdc supply voltage (24Vdc nominal), it supports surface or wall mounting and has a 50mm / 2" dome diameter. The K50FAPFF100GRCQ operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +50°C and boasts a degree of protection rated at IP67, IP69K, NEMA 4X, NEMA 13, UL type 4X, and UL type 13. Its operating mode includes a momentary job light (Yellow) that turns on when the job input is active, touch activation for output, and a mispick light (Red) for inactive job inputs, with a normally open (NO) touch output. The device features 1 x digital input (12-30Vdc; PNP) for JOB color control and 2 x digital outputs (12-30Vdc; PNP) for Touch and Mispick, with a 50mm sensing range.
